Booking, Cancellation and Damage Deposit

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required for all bookings.

The deposit will be refunded within 36 hours of check-out, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions are identified.

Where deductions are required, The Lazy Lobster reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit and may seek additional payment where costs exceed the deposit amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only permitted up to 30 days prior to the check-in date.

If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before check-in, the full booking cost remains payable and no refund will be issued.

Date Changes

Requests to change booking dates will be considered up to 14 days prior to check-in, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

Any revised stay dates must fall within 30 days of the original check-in date.

Approval of date changes is at the sole discretion of The Lazy Lobster and may be subject to additional charges or rate differences.

Agreement

By staying at The Lazy Lobster, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
