These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Lazy Lobster via our website or third-party booking platforms.
By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the booking method used.
2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 4:00pm

Check-out: By 10:00am

Self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival.

Early check-in from 3:00pm may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
3. Occupancy

The property is suitable for couples only, unless otherwise stated.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.

Visitors not included in the booking are not permitted without prior approval.
4. Use of the Property

Guests agree to use the property respectfully and responsibly.

No parties, events, or excessive noise.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
5. Hot Tub Use

Use of the hot tub is at guests’ own risk.

Guests must follow all provided hot tub safety instructions.

The hot tub may take several hours to reach temperature.

The Lazy Lobster accepts no responsibility for injury or illness resulting from misuse.
6. Pets

Pets are permitted only in the cottage, where stated.

A dog bed/crate is available at the cottage.

Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture unless stated.

Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required.
7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform used.

Where bookings are made directly, cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

No refunds will be given for early departures.
8. Liability

The Lazy Lobster is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Guests stay at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during their stay.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions.
10. Right to Refuse Booking
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if:
